Building Community
At ROSS Leaders, we have a fundamental belief that has guided us for years: focus on one student at a time. It is at the heart of everything we do. Every individual carries a beautiful talent within them that can contribute to building the community we all want to be a part of. Our goal is to help identify and amplify that talent.
What “one student at a time” really means is giving each student our full attention when they are in front of us. It is accepting each person as they are while believing in who they can become. It is listening closely, speaking life into their goals, and holding them accountable along the way. In those one-on-one moments, real impact happens. When a student feels seen, heard, and believed in, their confidence grows and they begin to realize they have something valuable to contribute.

That is how we build community at ROSS Leaders — from the ground up. We listen to community members and make sure their voices take living shape in the programs we offer and the events we organize. It has been one of our best quarters yet, and we look forward to keeping our community connected and creating spaces where people know their contributions are valued, respected, and needed.
